Booking & Payment Policy

A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon:

• Receipt of the required deposit or advance payment.
• Receipt of required documents.
• Written confirmation from Mystical Journeys.

No reservation shall be considered guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), United States Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR), as specified in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or booking confirmation.

Tour prices are based on prevailing exchange rates, taxes, supplier rates, fuel costs, and government levies at the time of quotation.

Mystical Journeys reserves the right to revise prices due to:

• Currency fluctuations
• Government tax revisions
• Fuel surcharge increases
• Supplier cost revisions
• Changes beyond our control

Payment schedules vary depending upon the nature of the tour. Generally:

• Domestic Tours: 25%–50% advance payment.
• International and Inbound Tours: 30%–50% advance payment.
• Balance payment due prior to departure or arrival as specified in the booking confirmation.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

Payments may be made through:

• Bank Transfer (Domestic & International)
• UPI Payments
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• Online Payment Gateway
• Cheque (subject to clearance)

All bank charges, remittance fees, intermediary bank fees, and foreign exchange conversion charges shall be borne by the guest unless otherwise agreed.
