Guests are solely responsible for:

• Valid passports
• Visa requirements
• Travel permits
• Health documentation
• Immigration compliance

Any assistance provided by Mystical Journeys does not constitute a guarantee of approval.

Certain journeys including:

• Kumbh Mela
• Kailash Mansarovar Yatra
• Amarnath Yatra
• Char Dham Yatra
• Spiritual Retreats
• Festival Tours

may require advance deposits, permits, registrations, medical certifications, or government approvals.

Applicable supplier and government regulations shall apply.

Helicopter services are operated by independent aviation operators.

Operations remain subject to:

• Weather conditions
• Government permissions
• Technical approvals
• Operational factors

Mystical Journeys acts only as a booking facilitator and shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or operational decisions of helicopter operators.

India is a dynamic destination and occasional modifications may become necessary.

Mystical Journeys reserves the right to:

• Change hotels
• Modify routes
• Rearrange sightseeing
• Alter transportation arrangements

for operational, safety, weather, religious, governmental, or logistical reasons. Suitable alternatives shall be provided wherever possible.

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. Coverage should include:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Trip interruption
• Emergency evacuation
• Personal liability
• Loss of baggage

Certain tours involve physical activity including trekking, walking, camping, pilgrimage routes, and high-altitude travel.

Guests are responsible for assessing their own fitness and seeking medical advice where necessary.

Mystical Journeys reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour:

• Endangers others
• Violates local laws
• Causes disruption
• Damages property

No refund shall be due in such circumstances.

Mystical Journeys acts as an intermediary between guests and independent service providers. We shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury
• Illness
• Death
• Property loss
• Delays
• Flight cancellations
• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Acts of God
• Events beyond our control

Mystical Journeys shall not be liable for circumstances arising from:

• Floods
• Landslides
• Earthquakes
• Pandemics
• Epidemics
• Government restrictions
• Civil disturbances
• Terrorist activities
• Airline disruptions
• Extreme weather conditions

Any resulting expenses shall be borne by the guest.

Unless specifically declined in writing, guests grant permission for photographs and videos captured during tours to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from services provided by Mystical Journeys India Private Limited.
