Terms and Conditions

(Please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you begin your tour, by default you accept these terms and conditions.)

Your contract is with Mystical Journeys (I) Pvt. Ltd. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour/hotel booking/ or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondences in respect of Tours/Travel Service bookings should be addressed to M/s. Mystical Journeys (I) Pvt. Ltd.

 

Booking

Once full payment is made you will be allocated place/places on the particular tour and a confirmation mailed to you. This is your confirmation of booking. This should be printed and saved for own reference.

Once you begin your tour, you accept and abide by these terms and conditions.

We accept no responsibility for incorrect email or inability to deliver email. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for.

All internet bookings will be confirmed by email.

We reserve the right to sell any places reserved without full payment or a deposit.

It is the responsibility of the passenger to check the accuracy of dates booked upon receipt of their travel documents.

 

Itinerary/Program is subject to change:  

India is full of surprises and you need to be flexible enough to take advantage of whatever comes along so that we may provide you with the best possible tour. There can be changes that occur at the last minute with hotels, transportation and other elements of the trip. We will address any surprises as they come, but we expect you to flex with the changes as well. If unexpected changes take place due to forces beyond our control, and if those changes cause extra expense in your journey, you are expected to cover those costs yourself. Mystical Journeys are not responsible for expenses incurred due to last minute changes by hotels, delays due to traffic, airline delays, natural disasters, forces of nature, or anything else that is beyond our control.

 

Payments: 

For all the services contracted, at least 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount to be paid 15 days before of the commencement of the services. Management personnel’s hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

If you fail to pay any balance amount owed by the date it is due, we can assume you have cancelled the booking and the cancellation charges will apply.

 

Mode of Payment:

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer and payment getaway to our company bank account.
